FOUNDER/CONSULTANT, FAITHFUL CONSULTING LLC

Provides life and leadership coaching, job analysis, needs analysis, selection, training development and instruction, strategic planning, non-profit board consulting, group facilitation, personality assessments to organizations, and Keynote speaker. Some customers are Great Lakes ATTC, WUCMAA, SCAODA, Hmong Institute, Northcentral Technical College, St. Norbert's CEL, DTA Associates, LAK, etc.
SUPERVISOR, PORTAGE COUNTY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
October 2010 - December 2013
Responsible for the leadership and management of 5 programs; the Children’s Long Term Support Program, Comprehensive Community Services Program, Coordinated Services Team, Family Support Program, and Birth to Three Program and staff. Orchestrated the successful transition of the Birth to Three Program from a contracted service to an in-house program. Increased revenue and staffing, resulting in more services to consumers and cost savings to section budget.

ÂResponsible for the supervision of juvenile delinquents under Wisconsin State Statue 938, performed after-hours on-call duties, conducted assessments, drafted court reports, monitored court orders, and provided sanctions. Coordinated and facilitated team meetings. Conducted home, school, and community visits. Advocated and coordinated services for clients in all areas, including education, medical, and mental health needs. A true collaborator with schools, community partners, and families. Maintained a safe community for its citizens.
